Founder

Revel Works was founded by Jessica Thorntoya, an attorney licensed in Texas and California and a SHRM-SCP certified People & Culture executive.

Jessica brings over 15 years of experience advising growth-stage companies across legal, regulatory, employment, commercial, and intellectual property matters. Most recently, she served as Vice President of People & Culture and General Counsel for a national wellness brand through its acquisition by Unilever.

Her work bridges two disciplines often treated separately: legal protection and people leadership. In practice, sustainable growth requires both.
